My changes:

1. Interchangeable Supermoves
2. 15-20-Hit combos tops...
3. Tag-Team mode
4. Longer Storyline (Maybe 20 Chapters, five for each section)
5. Add "Fatalities" kind of or different outros.
6. Create your own Costume/Character (Thanks Gamer68)
