Somethings Wrong With my Laptop! D:

Like the Title says! I have no idea what is wrong with it, I turned it on today and it goes to the "Starting Windows" Screen, then it just sits there... The Windows Logo is still dynamic and moving, it isn't like it just froze, but it won't come on. I'm sharing someone elses PC, but since it is there's, they will be the ones on the PC more. So basically, I will not be on the Wiki that much until my Laptop gets fixed, that is, IF it can get fixed. :( I won't be doing News until it gets fixed, because to do news I got to go to these places like non-stop a day: Test Your Might, Ed Boon's Twitter Page, Injustice's Twitter Page, Injustice's Facebook Page, JaeRoar (YouTube), Dinozords (YouTube) and Mortal Kombat Online. I'm trying to get it fixed, but I don't know if it will or when.... Does anyone know how to fix the problem? Thanks.
