Tara Strong is a voice actress in Injustice: Gods Among Us. She provides the voices of Harley Quinn and Raven, though the latter has her voice distorted. Strong has played dozens of characters for DC, having played Batgirl on the Batman animated series, and provided her talents throughout DC's media since.
