Richard Michael Epcar is a voice actor in Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013) and Injustice 2 (2017), providing the voice for The Joker and Raiden. Epcar is perhaps one of the most well-known and recognized voice actors in the industry. Epcar has voiced Joker and Raiden once before, in Midway Games' Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe (2008) and reprises to voicing Joker once again in Mortal Kombat 11 (2019). He has provided the voice of Raiden in the Mortal Kombat series from 2008-2020.
Outside of the DCU, Epcar is known for playing hundreds anime, cartoon, video game, and live-action production characters, including Zangetsu from Bleach (2004-2012), Captain Saikhan from The Legenda of Korra (2012-2014), Batou from Ghost in the Shell (1996), Poseidon from Smite (2014), and Cyclopter from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue (2000).
