Biography[]
Red Tornado is an android super-hero with wind-manipulation powers in addition to incredible strength and speed. His cybernetic body was created by the super-villain T.O. Morrow. Despite his mechanical nature, he has a human wife named Kathy Sutton and an adoptive daughter named Traya, residing with him in Happy Harbor. He is primarily a member of the Justice League.

Red Tornado first appears in chapter fourteen of Year Three as part of Superman's vision of what his life could have been like. Tornado is among the heroes gathered at Congress to hear the Man of Steel's daughter's speech.
