Neal McDonough is an actor and voice actor that provided the voices of The Flash and Damian Wayne in Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013). He previously voiced Green Arrow in DC Showcase: Green Arrow (2010). McDonough also played Damien Darhk in Arrow (2012-2020) seasons 4 and 5 as well as Legends of Tomorrow (2016-present) seasons 2 and 3.
Outside of the DCU, McDonough is known for his various TV show, movie, and video game roles, including Lynn "Buck" Compton from Band of Brothers (2001), Robert Quarles from Justified (2010-2015), Jack Vincent from Call of Duty: Black Ops III (2015), and Lieutenant Hawk from Star Trek: First Contact (1996).
