Kimberly Brooks is an American voice actress in the anime, feature films, video games, and theatre industry. She started her acting career when she was nine. She is best known for her role as Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect series, Shinobu Jacobs in No More Heroes (2007) and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle (2010), Senna in League of Legends (2009) and Legends of Runeterra (2020), and Luna in the Scooby-Doo franchise as part of the Hex Girls.

Brooks has provided the voice of Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) for Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013). She has portrayed many characters in a plethora of DC media, including Mrs. Saunders in Justice League TAS (2001-2004), Sarasim in Teen Titans (2005), and Puff and Madelyn Spaulding in Static Shock (2000-2004). She has also voiced Oracle (Barbara Gordon) in both Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009) and Batman: Arkham City (2011).
