Jeffrey Combs is an American actor born in Oxnard, California, USA. He is famous for portraying various alien characters in the Star Trek franchise. He will be providing the voice of Brainiac in Injustice 2.[1]
Combs also does voice acting on the side and has voiced Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures and Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, Question and Dr. Moon in Justice League Unlimited and Kite Man in Batman: The Brave and the Bold among others.
