Jeffrey Alan Combs is an American actor born in Oxnard, California, USA. He is famous for portraying various alien characters in the Star Trek franchise. Best known for multiple roles of Weyoun (4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) and Brunt from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Enterprise Thy'lek Shran and multiple other roles from Star Trek: DS9. He is providing the voice of Brainiac in Injustice 2 (2017).[1]
Combs also does voice acting on the side and has voiced Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures and Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, Question and Dr. Moon in Justice League Unlimited (2004-2006) and Kite Man in Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008-2011) among others. He also voiced Kirk Langstrom in Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham.
Outside of the Injustice games, he is Herbert West in the Re-Animator films, the voice of Gyrus Krinkle on Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! (2004-2006), and Ratchet in Transformers Prime (2010-2013).
