The Shredder is the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan and the main antagonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.
Biography[]
A skilled ninja of the Foot Clan, Oroku Saki, saw his brother Oroku Nagi entering a competition with his friend Hamato Yoshi for the attention of a woman, Tang Shen. When Yoshi killed Nagi to defend Shen, Saki swore vengeance against him: he followed the rogue ninja to New York City, where he murdered him. Disowned by his masters, Oroku Saki became a boss of the underworld known as The Shredder, master of his own ninja clan and hellbent on conquering the new world he now lived in.
Role in Injustice[]
The Shredder aids Krang in his battle against the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as the warlord exiles them into another dimension. Along with Krang, he is utterly defeated when the Turtles came back with an unexpected power-up.
Powers and abilities[]
The Shredder is one of the world's best martial artists, a superb hand-to-hand fighter with absolute mastership over any kind of traditional ninja weapon. As the leader of the Foot Clan, he leads an army of fierce ninjas, devoted to him to the death.
